Editor, I read in The Sunday Times April, 22, that police had, once again, instructed all Taxi Moto operators to provide their passengers with the smart head covers to help protect the public from skin related diseases.
Editor, I wish to thank President Paul Kagame for the having accorded audience to religious leaders last week. It’s obvious that both sides discussed a wide range of issues, not just the ongoing debate on abortion.
Editor, It was a pleasure to read in The New Times of Saturday, April 21, the article titled “Rwf6bn BCR case settled out of court.”
