Editor, Bayern Munich is a European powerhouse and is no stranger to Champions League finals. Perhaps the final regrets most is the one they lost to Manchester United in 1999, thanks to those historic late goals from Teddy Sheringham and Ole Gunner Solscjkaer.
Editor, When the Genocide commemoration week started, I visited several memorial sites in and outside Kigali. Many people will agree with me that some of these sites are indeed in a poor state and need urgent renovations.
Editor, There is no doubt that Rwanda lawmakers have done extremely well in enacting pro-people laws. However, I want to appeal to the MPs to make sure that all public funds mismanaged or misappropriated by government officials are recovered.
Editor, I wish to react to a story which appeared in The New Times of April 16, about Rwanda shinning in a five-nation survey on good governance. I agree with the findings and actually believe that even if the research had been conducted worldwide, Rwanda would still have scored high marks.
