WELL PUT ALLAN, AFRICANS ON THE WHOLE SHOULD ADAPT THE TEMPLATE USED BY THE RWANDAN GOVT TO RECONCILE AND MOVE FORWARD, MOST AFRICAN GOVTS HAVE BEEN AFECTED BY POST -COLONIAL MISUNDERSTANDINGS RESULTING FROM DIVIDE AND RULLE APPROACH, BUT ITS HIGH TIME WE MATURED AS A CONTINENT AND STOOD ON OUR FEET.
