Editor, I wish to react to a story that appeared in The New Times this week about a Kacyiru building which collapsed, killing one person and injuring several others.

Editor, I livedoutside the Rwanda  for more than 30 years and returned home only a month ago. What the country has achieved over the last 17 years is worth celebrating and protecting.

Editor, I read a touching story in The New Times of April, 5 by Yvonne Kayiteshonga, under the headline ‘Resilience vis-a-vis trauma’.
