Mugesera to be quizzed in Kinyarwanda

This morning, the Nyarugenge Intermediate Court rejected Leon Mugesera’s request to be interrogated in French and ordered him to use Kinyarwanda language.


Mugesera had initially refused to be interrogated in Kinyarwanda, arguing he was more conversant with French.

The court, however, granted Mugesera another month to prepare his nine-man defence team.
