Restaurant owners should embrace customer care
Editor,
I wish to express my concern and frustration over the poor customer service in many restaurants in Kigali.
Most waiters or waitresses at restaurants seem unbothered when a customer walks in, yet we are the main reason they are on their jobs.
I don’t recall a time when I have been well served. I am not going to expose the restaurants, but I am certain this would happen with someone else sooner than later.
Appreciating your customers and treating them with respect and dignity would go a long way in improving service delivery.
