Editor, I read, in The New Times, this week, a story about a Mauritian firm that has expressed interest in investing in Rwanda’s energy sector. According to the story, the company is planning to construct a plant that will contribute at least 15 megawatts to the national grid.
Editor, Allow me to comment on a story that ran in Tuesday’s issue of The New Times concerning the arrest of a senior male nurse at Kimonyi Health Centre in Musanze District, who is accused of allegedly raping a pregnant woman who had gone for antenatal services.
Editor, It is good news to hear that Kenya Commercial Bank and the Société Rwandaise d´Assurances (SORAS) have jointly launched a home guarantee insurance product geared at helping address housing shortage in Rwanda.
