Editor, One would be forgiven to say that internet disruption will soon be no more in Rwanda (given the amount of investments in the relevant infrastructure), but in reality problems will always occur.
Editor, The LAPSSET multibillion project which is supposed to be Kenya’s second transport corridor is impressive but its success will depend on political conditions of the situations in this region for it to benefit the countries.
Editor, I strongly support President Paul Kagame’s call for Africa to seek self-reliance other than depending on others. Anything short of that means we will hardly be “independent” or develop.
Editor,I wish to react to a story that appeared in The New Times, March 5, about an accountant who vanished with Genocide survivors’ funds.
