Compensate customers over internet disruptions

Internet disruptions slow down business. The New Times/File.
Editor,
One would be forgiven to say that internet disruption will soon be no more in Rwanda (given the amount of investments in the relevant infrastructure), but in reality problems will always occur. What we need to do is to introduce a SLA (Service level agreement) between the ISP (internet service provider) and the customers whereby the customer will be compensated for any disruption.
Remember, the loss of connectivity implies loss of revenues for some internet users and the ISP should be penalized for that.
