POVERTY FIGHT:Seeking to increase incomes
The World Bank has approved US$80 million to help increase incomes and reduce poverty in rural areas of the country.

A training programme for cooperatives and Micro finance managers as part of efforts to enhance financial management has been launched by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR).
Developing countries appear to have already met a United Nations goal to halve extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries by 2015, thanks mainly to China’s economic boom, the World Bank said on Wednesday.
