HUYE – In a bid to further improve the social welfare of Rwandans, the government has introduced a programme that will see households sign performance contracts (Imihigo), which they will strive to fulfill within a given time.

NYAMAGABE –  The remains of over 25,000 victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi were on Sunday accorded a decent burial at the recently refurbished Cyanika Memorial Site in Nyamagabe District.
