Borrow a leaf from Immigration
Editor,
I reckon there has been a remarkable improvement by several public and private institutions in customer care and service delivery. However, a lot more needs to be done in order to compete in the region and beyond. I wish to appeal to all the institutions – public or private – to borrow a leaf from the Directorate of Immigration and Migration.
Officials at the Immigration Department are friendly and respectfully deal with clients’ issues to the latter’s satisfaction. The department demonstrates an extremely high level of efficiency at all levels. If this attitude can be replicated in other workplace then we would go a long in matters to do with customer service and satisfaction.
