Editor, I wish to respond to an article that appeared in yesterday’s issue of The New Times titled “Farmers appeal for agricultural loans”.

Editor, IN the recent past, it has become an agonizing experience going through major roads within the city especially during the morning and evening rush hours.

Editor, ALLOW me through your newspaper to comment on the second monthly Government Accountability Day held under the theme - “Quality Services: A Pillar of Development”, that was held early this week.
