Civl servants should valuetime
Editor,
Allow me through your newspaper to express my concern over the hours public servants use for their lunch break. They take long and leave clients unattended.
Whereas some civil servants have done their work extremely well and served clients on time, others need to up their game. I recently visited one ministry and we had to wait for three hours unattended.
It was bewildering to be informed by the receptionist that the those supposed to serve us had gone out for lunch that took a whole three hours. How regrettable.
