ATRACO should intervene
BY EMMA KABANDA

I am a regular reader of The New Times newspaper and wish to register my sincere disappointment to the taxi conductors who choose to hike taxi fares every day.

Indeed to me, this habit is straining many poor Kigali City residents like me. Today, you will go to Kimironko at Frw150 only to come back at Frw200 yet it is the same distance covered. I am one person who is affected by this circumstance.

I always live class at 8:00 pm from KIE and getting a taxi at our stage is a hustle. I think these people use this chance to increase the price in just minutes.

I appeal to ATRACO to intervene and solve the problem which I am sure affects most people around town.
